Special Event Ticket Policy
Proceeds from all concerts and special events benefit the suicide prevention education and grief support programs of The Samaritans of Rhode Island!
Reservation Policy
- Reservations are required so we can accurately plan our seating, volunteer staff and concession needs.
- To make reservations, please call (401) 721.5220 and leave your name, number of tickets desired for which show or special event and a phone number where we can actually get in touch with you!
- PLEASE SPEAK CLEARLY AND SLOWLY WHEN LEAVING A MESSAGE and please LEAVE YOUR HOME OR CELL PHONE NUMBER SO WE CAN ACTUALLY GET IN TOUCH! If you are unable to attend a show you made reservations for, PLEASE call us back so we can release the tickets to the general public.
- Doors will not open before 5:30 p.m. for each event as we finish set-up and sound check for the performer.
Ticket Policy
- Reserve by telephone only!
WE WILL NOT REFUND PRE-PAID TICKETS FOR ANY REASON. (As they are fund raisers for The Samaritans’ programs!) - If you are not planning on attending, please let us know so we can resell the seat.
- If The Samaritans cancels a concert or event, tickets WILL be refunded.
- Tickets to The Samaritans of RI Forget-Me-Not Gallery, 67 Park Place Concert Series and Special Events must be purchased ahead of time.
- For the concert series at the Gallery (not special events located at other locations) depending on the show, space is limited (approximately 20 -28 seats) so reservations must be made by phone. (Again, special events at outside locations will be different as will the amount of people we can hold at those outside venues. If there are special instructions for special events, we will let you know.)
- Tickets can be purchased by credit card. We do not have gift certificates.
- Occasionally, tickets may still be available at performance time. We strongly suggest calling before you come to be certain seats are still available.
- When you arrive at the concert, give your name at the front desk and you will already be marked as pre-paid.
- The Forget-Me-Not Gallery offers general admission, first-come, first-served seating. Buying tickets in advance guarantees you a SEAT, but does NOT guarantee a particular seat or seats together. This is an intimate boutique, salon style concert series with interaction and conversation with guests and concert performers. While there is really no bad seat, for best seating, we suggest you arrive as early as possible.
- Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for a social hour. Performances begin at 7:00 p.m.
- Children are welcomed but must be accompanied by an adult and must be as attentive to the music as adults.
- There are no children or senior citizen discounts.
